    AC issues fixed for 2020???

Check the "How's your Ram running?" poll. Of the 1513 members who have voted in that poll, 135 (8.9) of them have voted that they have climate control issues. That's 1 out of 11 trucks. There is definitely some sort of HVAC defect in the 2019 Rams. It's not seen in all 2019 trucks, but about...

    AC issues fixed for 2020???

Pretty sure it's #1. There are many documented photos and videos, of screwy HVAC in the 2019 Ram. For example, one owner performed an experiment. In the middle of winter, he turned his temperature setting to "cold". One would expect he would get cold air. Instead, he was getting something...

    Just have to vent.

Carfax purchases their info from insurance companies and body shops, as well as many other sources. Police report is irrelevant. If a claim is made through insurance, or a reputable body shop does the work, it will most likely end up in Carfax's system. Below is a quote from a Geico agent...

    Just have to vent.

I agree with this. If an insurance claim is made, either by your's or his, it will most likely end up on Carfax.

    yeah its a "Ford"but....

Agreed. If you need assistance backing a trailer, you probably have no business towing one.

2020 Ram, headlights have condensation already building up inside them!?

Take it to the dealer. That should be a warranty item. The headlights should be sealed, with no condensation at all. If you're getting condensation, you'll eventually start getting calcium/fogging, which will hinder your projected light beam.

Engine Issues at 15k miles (12/16 Update)

How in the fook do you misplace an engine? It's not like a tv remote, it's an engine. Kinda hard to lose.

Why would they charge you? Are you not under warranty?

    tire question

What kind of truck did you buy? That would help in determining if they'll work.

    Crazy Turkeys

The trim is high in Chromium, a vital nutrient, for the turkey's well being.

For the secret society - Black paint - front quarter panel?

It almost looks like that body panel has been repainted. I wonder if that panel was damaged in transit, or on the dealership lot. Maybe the dealership replaced/resprayed that panel. Check around the wheel well and under the front bumper, for evidence of body work. Look for missing clips...

6 weeks into my new truck and it gets wrecked

Did you pay 50.5K + TTL? Or, was it 50.5K out the door?

    need help/advice

That 2500 duramax was originally a Massachusetts truck. The wheels have evidence of salt corrosion, and I can see some rust on the frame. My guess is the truck is going to have some significant rust underneath.

    Heater Not Working

Many of the 5th gen rams have an HVAC design flaw, that hinders the AC from blowing cold. A quick and dirty solution is to install a small clamp on the heater core hoses. If a dealer had a truck with the dreaded "crappy AC", they very well could have installed a clamp, just to get the truck...

    Heater Not Working

I wonder if your clamp was installed by the previous owner, or if the dealer did it. It wouldn't surprise me if the dealers start installing clamps, just as a band-aid fix. Then, when you make a claim that your heater doesn't work, they remove the clamp. Once your warranty runs out, it's your...

    Heater Not Working

Did you do the "AC clamp hack"? Or maybe somebody else did it (dealer)?
