    Riddle me this!

Here she is she flies too, has tons of room, great in the snow, and a ball to drive @30mpg even when you go 80mph I know, I know .... Honda .... believe me I too was a snob but since we are car people just thought I’d share. Nothing to prove. I was spending $500 in gas a month on my commute...

Nonsense, you might need to adjust your sense of reality, suuuurrre you went 120K. What do you take us for You know who remembers when to replace brakes, Pepperidge Farm remembers! Brake replacement for a vehicle is every 30K and some 50K. Is that the case for every driver? Of course not...

It’s a discussion and what one person determines to be relevant factors for a vehicle purchase doesn’t have to line up with what you think should or should not be but thanks for sharing your perspective

    2020 Rebel fuel economy

I have a loaded Laramie with the Off Road Group. I recently changed to a more aggressive A/T tire that has big nobbies. The mpg took a drive from 18-19 around town or hwy @70+mph to about 16.5-17. As stated above, if I dive real light on the pedal I can hit 18mpg where as before I’d easily get...

What's the No. 1 thing that disappointed you the most about your truck ?

Sounds like user error. This suggests your claim for changing the brakes yourself is highly questionable :)

No apologies man, I was enjoying it just waiting on the obvious one: “You should pass, it’s clearly too wide to fit in any reasonable parking space!” :)

I agree with you entirely. I just have too many competing demands to spend even one day devoted to a brake job right now. But I suppose that could change. Its still absurdly expensive regardless at least in my mind

Hey if you have the time to do your own brakes, that’s awesome. I don’t at this point. There’s a million other things I’d rather do. I’ve done it before, a long time ago and it would require likely new tools and a learning curve. I was anticipating maybe $1200-1500 which I could get behind. The...

    Riddle me this!

Exactly - I though it would be balls out fun plus having the retro vintage look with a warranty and heated seats, sign me up! I could stomach the brake costs if they didn’t have to be changed for 50k but where I live, it’s usually every 25-30k miles
