I have several multimedia AI boxes/devices...the ones that require a vehicle to have wired CarPlay to connect with a USB cable. I can't get any of the 5 devices I have...all 5 work fine in a 2020 non Dodge vehicle I have...so I know the hardware is OK. Chrysler has been no help...they say it...
