Was able to check it this morning. The red wire does not have constant power.

So there is a possibility that since I did have the truck leaning forward that the oil level went up and it gave me that warning. I doubt it should have happened, but I don't think I can rule that out.

I'm going to have to look at where this sensor is located at. So far it hasn't come back on. I'll report back if it does.

Yeah I'm not happy or satisfied with any of this. It has me more worried as I just can't check it with a good o'fashion dipstick.

The Ram VIN number decoder isn't working right now :( I'll keep checking. Do we have anybody that works at a Ram dealer on this forum that can look this up?

Do you happen to have a vin for your prior truck? We can find the build date through the bin decoder.

Oh yeah! Giving it the smell check to make sure it didn't have fuel or coolant leaking in haha. Then smelling the transmission fluid to make sure it didn't smell burnt.
