Haven't done that yet. But I do get all mixed up a lot between the three trucks I drive. My Tacoma shift is on the floor. My Chevy work truck is on the column. My RAM is the dial on the dash. I'm reaching all over the place sometimes :LOL:

Yeah, that's a scary road if you're not used to it. I don't think the turns are sharp enough to bind things up in 4 High on the fly.
