FYI A little trick I learned is to hit the white letters with some fine sandpaper to bring back the bright white underneath. Still not sure if I'm a fan of BSW or OWL on my billet silver .

I only had the driver's side on delivery. They offered to grab one from the lot. I said no, that would screw the next guy. I had them order the passenger side - no cost to me.

You're gonna have to be patient. I was right there with you, mad, waiting 3 months for a radio replacement. But it finally came, and works like it's supposed to. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with my new "Radio ID" for my Sirius account. Dealer is supposed to get back to me about...

Can't test it now, but am I correct to assume the headlight control Dial will darken everything outside when needed? Maybe that's what I was messing with in the past.

Is there a setting buried somewhere to control the LED strips On or Off? I thought I came across it in the past. 12 inch Uconnect.

Got the truck back yesterday. Radio works like it's supposed to. I had them throw in an oil change, tire rotation, top off fuel, screen protector, and a wash. He's also looking into starting the Sirius trial period over again. Happy camper.

Just dropped mine at the dealership. Been 3 months without anything related to Sirius and other small things. I found out they were trying to get a refurbished radio without giving me the choice. But Uconnect authorized a new radio for today's install. Fingers crossed all goes smooth.

I've been waiting over 2 months as well. They say backlog. I suggested they pull a radio from the lot, and make that truck wait for a replacement. They say it won't work because each radio is programmed to the VIN because not every truck is the same. Different builds and features.

How long was your turnaround from reported broken, to fixed? I've been waiting over 2 months for a radio. Wondering if I'm getting the run-a-round.

I too have been waiting for a radio replacement since the OTA update crashed Sirius.
