Just a suggestion, you mightve done it already, but try wiring the red backlit feature to your brake lights. I did mine like that and I love the way it looks
Got an alignment and started the claim. I didn't want too but truck isn't running straight still and has a very slight vibration on pedals and steering wheel at highway speeds. Comes and goes every second or so.
Makes sense, I'll be removing the wheel soon here and checking it out.
I'm not sure if I'm even going to file a claim. I really don't want to. Had some accidents about 5 years ago that have been haunting my insurance rates 😑
What did I do? Drove it home 500+ miles with a ****eyed steering wheel and constant pulling to the right.
Thanks to some young girl in a mini cooper that couldn't follow road signs and decided to turn right into my passenger side wheel.
Thankfully, truck took it like a champ and seems like...
We post our fails too, right? I got the catch can used and at the time, I got whatever hose just to route the lines... mistake. Hose was now replaced with proper PCV hose.
Cleaned air filter, tire rotation done, and emptied the catch can.
Oh yeah, I had a minor issue... I somehow bent the brake dust cover behind the rotor and on initial drive I had a terrible scratching noise 😅 watch out for that
Have you done an axle replacement before? It's what'd you'd expect. Hardest part was getting the axle to shimmy out and sticking the new one in. It let go from the diff pretty easily but it was tricky getting it to shimmy out.
I was at about 55k.
Got this 3rd brake light from Amazon. Pretty cheap so I'm a iffy about it. It seems to have a way thicker gasket than the OEM one buuuuuut it only has the outer bolts to it... the cargo lights seem equally bright as the lastfit bulbs.
Nonsense, I've used the "it would be easier to haul the gear" excuse for parts lol added bed lights and the wife loved lighting up the bed during the winter late games lol
Are you still running stock axles?
I had one (driver side) go out on me while off-roading. Upgraded to the Trakmotive axle, so far no issues and looks better than the stock one.
Who installed the level?
I have a 2.5 front level, and UCA's. No bounce, even when off-roading at so-so speeds.
Just an idea, but have you checked tire pressure?
