Looks like just the duck work under the dash has to come out, and maybe the radio head unit to gain access to all the parts they will change. The whole dash will not need to come out. We all wish you complete success, and cudos for taking that next step. Keep us posted.
If your left center vent is warmer than the right center vent, your truck qualifies, and if customer complains it takes long time for ac to get cool, your truck qualifies. All of this is in the TSB. The TSB is written for the dealer and the technicians, no where does it say they must replicate...
Don't let them f#%k with you about "replicating the problem". The TSB says if the customer complaines of the symptoms, perform the repair procedure,at the end tells the tech to use CC

The vent temperatures will not always be relative to the outside temperature, but the specs will be! Most other manufactures are able to outperform their own specifications
Press and hold the two outer round app buttons at the bottom of you screen, may take 5 seconds or so. My far left is "media" and far right is "backup cam".
The reason I had the idea to put a shut off valve in the heater hose of my Ram; from 1992 till 2015 I drove tractor trailers for a living. Every big truck I ever drove, including the brand new 2015 peterbilt I drove, had a hot water shut off valve, (typically I would get a new truck every two...
Thanks for the research, I stand corrected, and perplexed. Why would a manufacturer not give you access to the full potential of the system? There is such a dramatic affect in vent temperatures, when stopping the hot coolant from getting to the core.
I think it's a given, that Ram AC specification parameters on these new trucks are so crappy. They put out the specs to meet the crappy design, and people are buying it. I wonder, are there other manufacturers tell you 50 degrees is within specification?
When the gauge says empty, you still have a couple of gallons or so of gas in the tank. Run her past empty, all the way till she quits running. Then you'll be able to put in 26 gallons.

The automotive engine cooling system is a closed system, so being stagnant, (not moving) is a non issue. The coolant used today is highly treated to stop corrosion, rust, or gumming up. Also the heater core is the highest part of the system and likely drains back down to the water pump...
Yeah, something different must be going on with yours, you should be deep into the 40s, with no hot water going to the core. When your truck is hot, like after getting home from a drive, leave it running, open the hood, and grab the top hose up at the heater core. If it has hot water running...
Are you sure you have the clamp on the inlet hose going to the heater core? It will be the top hose, (of the two going into the heater core). Down at the water pump it will be the out hose, going to the heater core. You also need to close off the clamp completely. Let us know.
