I have the Flowmaster FX as well. The Outlaw is pretty loud based on some vids I've seen. I don't know about the Craven. I think if the resonators are left in place, they mitigate drone from any muffler replacement. Mine is stock except the muffler and I don't have any drone.

I'd call first, but it shouldn't matter. Not exactly the same scenario, but I didn't even have to produce a title on my last trade in. I guess in Oregon anyway, the release of intrest form is enough.

I like the sound, but I bet my neighbors wouldn't :ROFLMAO: . I installed the flow FX on mine. Louder then stock, but not overly so. It does sound nice when you get on it.
