Sue in small claims court. Cost is minimal but it will take a couple hours of time. No attorney needed. In fact, better without one. FCA will try to talk you out of taking them to court. They won't want to send an attorney. Be prepared with the Magnuson Moss research in case they bring that...
If it makes you feel any better, I have the Essential Care Platinum Synthetic plan and had my first oil change less than a month ago. The part #'s on my invoice are the same as yours.
Why did they give you a discount of $40.65 ? (Oh, the coupon?) Are you able to turn off Lane Sense entirely (when you have a chance) to see if it makes a difference?
Thanks. I'll check again. Last time I checked, homeowners was also nearly 3x as much with USAA. I've been with State Farm for 30 years, but I can't imagine they are giving me special premiums because of that.
Just an aside: I always read great things about USAA and Amica. But their prems are 2-3x what I pay for State Farm (yes, really). I must not know the secret handshake.

I flew. The dealership is like 10 mins from the airport. They picked me up in my new truck and took me back to the dealer. The airport is very small and easy to exit. I took nothing but a backpack. I had to sign one document; they needed an original signature for registration purposes. I...
Yep. On average (among a significant sample of customers), the warranty will cost the customer more than the repairs. Otherwise, the company offering the warranty must be losing money on those warranties. It's basically a bet, or an insurance policy if you prefer. Certain individuals will...
Is this based on anecdotal info from this forum or is there a test posted on YouTube maybe? I've only done one oil change so far (at 1,000 miles) and I let the dealer do it so I have a Mopar filter. Maybe I will change.
(Update: Looks like you have to get the Wix XP version to get synthetic...
