You are already 1" over stock with the ORP, so going to 3" is what makes you need the UCA's.
Bilstein does not list an adjustable shock that works for us yet.
Its true. I get jacked for living where I do (bay area). I wimped out and went ahead and scheduled it though. I can do most things, but not comfortable screwing with my front end. Includes alignment of course.
I blame AEV and/or BSD for not having a kit yet. Going to rip this...
Yes, shot them off a note last night also. They got back to me with great news...
That is much less then I expected. Means we can replace bumpers and add a 12s for only a ~100# hit to the payload.
Think a relative novice can install the Ready kit with UCA's?
They want to charge me $1200 installed locally and I just don't think I can stomach it, especially given I want to rip it all out once AEV or BDS have a 4" suspension lift.
Same. It fits perfect and comes with the little stickers to get any lint off during installation which is great because the first thing I did after pulling the back off was to touch it.

Thanks, looks very nice and extremely functional. If I go the retractable route, I was looking at the Truck Covers USA unit with the small toolbox on top. Looks like I would still be able to do the load warrior without extension, but possibly not the Rocketbox unless I set it back a bit.
How...
Assuming you've received the Yakima bars by now? Did you end up doing a storage tote above them and how's the space been working for you? I've been flip-flopping between a retractable + yakima's vs a topper for the last month and need to decide soon.
All of the lifts/levels I have seen on the forum look great, but not having much experience with suspension installs (none), is waiting for shocks from Bilstein a better solution for the truck long-term?
