Unless it was a trim difference Laramie doesn't have it. Maybe limited? I ordered the kit assuming it was there and it's not. And yes they have to put the sales code in the bcm to open up power to them
Balance the wheels again. Whether you have dealer do it or tire shop do it. It doesn't cost much to check, or free likely if dealer does it but have to deal with them checking and verifying if they can get it to do it before they check. Can always call and ask, just tell them it feels like...
Yeah I wasn't very thrilled with them when I found out the instructions they send in these kits are wrong. It's an easy miss and a chance to screw something up royally. Wish there was a way to get it to them to fix if they haven't already
Something is bad wrong. It's perfectly rhythmic, rod knock but it is so loud its gotta be hitting something. I can't believe they didn't want to tear that down after they heard it. I can honestly say that's the loudest engine knock I have ever heard!
Yeah pretty much anything now days with charcoal canister when pump kicks off leave it, it'll overfill into the canister and has to be replaced if bad enough. So everyone that squeezes every drop in, stop lol
I would fight paying all that, it's their fault they couldn't figure it out. My dealer wasted three hours trying to flash it and the lights didn't work and they charged me nothing. The instructions in the kit are WRONG. Tell them to check pin locations, there's nothing wrong with that harness...
Go with magnaflow's bolt on "direct replacement". Bolts on front factory flange, but you do have to cut behind stock muffler. New muffler will slip over tailpipe side and clamp. Probably best possible scenario for replacing with limited rust. There are sprays out there for welds/rust prevention...
