So I just removed my screen and put it back on today and had a "Enter anti theft code" pop up and after starting it went away but then my reveres camera and travel link apps were gone and it would not work in reveres, after panicking I came inside and searched the issue it said it will go away...
I used a camera from amazon and just followed this thread for all the install instructions - https://5thgenrams.com/community/threads/adding-oem-front-camera.2571/
Tired squeezing and it worked for the most part (scrapped my arms up good) but I couldn't get the nut tight enough so I just took the grill off, figured I might as well take the time and do it right.
Well had great weather today and tomorrow is supposed to be a big snow storm, so I got the camera installed and wired up, just waiting on the TazerDT now, thanks @toyboy1980 and everyone else for these write ups!
This is exactly what I needed, every time I've been off road and I'm coming over a hill or around corner I say "this is why I need a front camera, why the f*ck wasn't this included in the Rebel, its meant for off roading?!" I think my gf is getting tired of hearing me say that, and asking her to...
Its been great so far, the only real issue I have with it is that the locks get water in them and freeze, but if you hold a lighter up it melts pretty fast, I emailed Dan who is the VP for North America and he said to try Krown T-40 for this winter but said "we are working on a proprietary...
UPDATE - so I emailed Dan the VP for North America and he said to use Krown T-40 for this winter but that "we are working on a proprietary paddle latch design that should have improved severe cold-weather performance, and will be retrofitable, however they won’t be in production for several...

I have the wave too I think thats to do more with the ****ty plastic rail caps from RAM than anything. But I am going to lift the cap up and have a look next week to make sure the dealer installed everything correctly. I did undo the clamps and move the cap back slightly as I wanted it a little...
Well its rifle season for deer here in Ontario so I thought I would build a rack for the decked drawer. Holds my girlfriends and I's rifles and .22s, also thinking of building a double stack case for our bows (if it'll fit) but thats for another time.
I did two quick little add ons as my old rack had Maxtrax, a shovel, and axe mounted on the sides for camping and hunting. I wanted to be able to still carry these with me, but keep them out of the way as they are not always needed, so because this whole cap is steel I figured I would use...
Well after a bit of a hiccup its on and everything is all good. I received my first cap less than 24 hours after ordering which I was impressed with, but that quickly changed when I opened the already in rough shape boxes, it was clear the cap had already been partially assembled and then...
Came across this thread late in my research on this bed cap, but it just helped make my decision, I pulled the trigger and ordered one yesterday at 2pm and decided on delivery to the local dealer here in Ontario Canada because it was free and only a 30 minute drive from me. They just called me...
