When shopping for my 2019 the choice came down to either a Bighorn or a somewhat similarly equipped Laramie. As much as I liked the Laramie I couldn't stand the interior color combo - tan upper upholstery - black and gray lower.
Well I do have the Pentastar. :)
It's a Mercury Water Mouse that is 10' long and weighs maybe 600 pounds on the trailer. I don't even notice it back there. I'm very thankful for the backup camera, especially when the boat is off the trailer. They were originally developed for and used at Disney...
"It would be nice to have 3 lanes and the slower traffic kept to the right and people in the left move out of the way for those that choose a higher speed. That seemed to be the way it used to be. Of course there were a lot less people on the road."
And they knew proper lane discipline, I...
I can't speak to the one on Amazon but it appears to be the same as the two I bought from Ebay. My 2019 1500 came with a CD player so I haven't tried it in the Ram - yet. We bought them for a C7 Corvette and a 2018 Honda Crv that did not come with CD players. They are plug and play and work...
As the two replies above noted this is the 3.6 Pentastar thread. B2 Fab doesn't market their exhaust for the 3.6 but I decided to try it anyway. By the way, it fits perfectly on the 3.6. I called B2 Fab first and tried to get them to use a longer Magnaflow but they weren't interested.
Do you know the model # of your Magnaflow? Is it really as quiet as stock. I have the B2 Fabrication version with a 14" Magnaflow that sounds good below 2000 rpm but really drones above that. It is much louder than stock.
Is this actually a problem for anyone? I have found the same "issue" on other brands also. A light amount of weight on the tailgate of my 2019 Ram 1500 will pull the other cable tight to provide the needed support for heavier loads.
Anybody wish they had bought a different vehicle?
Other than a horrible air conditioner I'm relatively happy with my Ram so far. Yes, I know there is a cure but I don't relish letting dealer techs that I wouldn't trust to change my oil tearing my dash apart. And putting it back together...
You sure you don't have auto dim? Does your rearview mirror have a dark area (sensor) lower center, if I remember correctly. Mine was turned off and it took me awhile going through the menus in the center display to find where to activate dimming.

I did. I ordered these to replace my stock halogens and they work very well. They are much brighter than the...
I'm not sure what you consider insignificant mpg increase for the 3.6 but my research seems to indicate a 3-5 mpg difference. Gas prices are way down now but they will go back up.
I have no leaks with my B2 Fab replacement even though it has the old style clamp. Taking the advise of others on this forum I used a little Permatex 81878 Ultra Copper Maximum Temperature RTV Silicone during installation. I don't know if it was needed, but I don't like doing installations over...
When I started looking last year for my 1500 I noticed several trucks with noticeably different gaps on dealer lots. I made sure I found one that was even. I would think a dealer would have no problem adjusting the gaps to even them as needed.
Whichever suspension you go with I would suggest you stick with 18" wheels. The higher sidewalls will give you a significantly softer and more comfortable ride than the 20" or 22" wheels.
