Thank you for taking the time to post the video! I am going to order one of these as well. I am not as concerned about having the parking option. If I just order the basic version I am assuming I only need to plug in the 2 wires in the housing area for power and rear cam, correct?
They were unable to diagnose the issue. FCA finally repurchased the truck. I believe this was a one off event, as I have found nowhere else that any other Ram had an issue that could not be resolved. I ended up buying another Ram, a Limited and have had no issues with this one at 2500 miles.
Hate to say it but that is how my issues started. Had to have it towed or jumped 4 times. Last time was August 2nd. They still have the truck and can not figure out what is turning on to draw power. I have an arbitration hearing on Nov 11th to force a buy back. Sad that Ram will not stand...
I can suggest this to the service writer. I have asked the service manager to call me twice with no response. Starting the legal process will kick this into the legal dept, and lawyer says 3-6 months for resolution. I will give them until Monday.
Just an update on how Stellantis/Chrysler Customer Care team is handling this issue. After being contacted by the "Stellantis customer retention Team" , (which they made a point of telling me is their highest level of service), I have made no progress. My case manager, Emeka, contacted me...
2025 Laramie
Purchased 4/16 ran great until 6/24 with 1800 miles on it.
6/24 dead battery, could not even get it to jump start towed, to dealer. They replaced both batteries.
7/1 dead battery again. towed to dealer. Told them of the constant cycling sounds. They suggested I was storing the key...
I too noticed that the cycling of the engine, even when it had been turned off for some time. The phone app is a good catch. The dealer can not seem to get it to drain when they have it, but they are not connecting a phone. I even asked if they had tried that and they seemed dismissive. I wall...
Here is an update on my ongoing saga with my 2025 Laramie. I posted about the first tow in June. I have now had the truck towed in once more and jump started twice to return for the same issue. The problem is that something is creating a current draw and draining the battery. They can not...
Thanks for that. I arranged the first tow through a local company before I knew this. I contacted Chrysler customer care and they are sending a check for the tow cost. I used the Chrysler roadside assistance for the second tow. They charged my card, but I assume it will be credited back once the...
First sign of trouble. I had to have the truck towed to the dealer last week. The battery was dead and the wipers and lights kept flashing slowly when I tried to charge it. It would not take a charge. The dealership tested the battery and said it was bad and replaced it. Seemed like a lame fix...
I ordered the TuxMats and even though they say they are for the 2025, they do not conform to the dead pedal. They fit OK, but there is a void in the transition next to the dead pedal which may wear after a bit. l reached out to them and waiting to hear back. See my earlier post for pics.
I added the TuxMats. I like the coverage they provide, particularly the sidewalls in the front and front edge of the rear. The clips hold it in nice and tight for clean lines. My brother put me onto these and has used them for quite awhile. He says they clean up easier than the Weather Techs.
Those look nice, I like those better than the Weather Tech I have in my Pilot. I like the look of the TuxMat as it has a texture and doesn't show the dirt as much as the rubber mats. I also like the way the clips hold it nice and firm, and the way it covers the entire side wall. Now that I have...
I ordered mats from TuxMat as they indicated they had a fit for the 2025 Ram. The driver side mat does not lay flat due to the footrest on the left side. I am trying to determine if this was added to the 2025 models and is different in the 2024. Can someone shoot me a pic, so I can send it to...
Also have been looking for floor mat upgrades. Weather tech and Husky have yet to come out with a 2025 version, but TuxMat listed it on their site. I got them today and the drivers side mat does not allow for the driver side footrest, which must be a change from 2024. Driver mat does not lay...
There is a pump that circulates coolant when you shut the truck off. I was told to cool the turbos. Mine seems to run for a long time 15 minutes or so, every time I start and stop the engine, even if I am just moving it into the garage. I look at the tube feeding the coolant back into the...
I have a 2025 Laramie with the lane assist. The system works on any road with lines, as well as roads with no lines. It will pick up the side of the road and any center seams in the concrete or asphalt. There is a option to adjust the sensitivity in the set up menu as well. Works similar to your...
