30 psi is normal, might drop below to 29,28 towards end of your oil intervals as filter get clogged.

I wonder if your pan (the 5.7 hemi) with the drain plug works on mine, they look the same. Trying to avoid dropping the pan full of oil when i do this fluid swap.
