It's so bad after what we pay for a truck that we have trouble with them and it sounds like the dealership is not that great, My dealership is very close to the house but one of the worst dealerships I've ever encountered. Hope you get it worked out.

If you go to about 21.32 it shows all the stuff you can turn on and off but this is in u-connect 4 the 12" hope it helps.

Are you asking if you can not deploy them ? My u-connect four will allow you to turn the steps off so they don't come out when you open the doors, I don't know if the u-connect five is the same way or not.

ya might be a screen protector,you might bee in luck with a simple fix.
