Their update screen is so user unfriendly. It is not apparent in any way shape or form to know whether your software is up to date or not. This is the way it goes: Hey, let’s check for software updates. Okay, here’s a list of WiFi networks. Okay, now I’m connected. End of road. There should...
What build number does it give you? When I got my update notice I clicked install and it said I can’t drive or listen to the stereo. I decided to turn the truck off and came back maybe 5 minutes later. When I turned the truck back on it said it was installed but I couldn’t tell anything was...
I got a notice this morning that there was an update for Uconnect. Didn’t really have much info as far as what was new but this is the current build for my truck right now. Anyone else get an update?
I've got the HO in my 25 and my brother has the Hemi in his 23 and we both agree the HO is better. I know it's all personal preference but we don't miss the Hemi.
We have been counseled to change our oil when the meter gets to 50% oil life left. That's right around 5k miles. No reason to risk letting the oil get old.
Find a place the does the inside as well and you’re golden. Just keep the truck relatively clutter free and it will always be clean. Don’t even have to do the windows anymore. I get mine washed inside and out at least once a week.
It shouldn't reset to off when you turn the truck off. My truck keeps the feature on at all times. I would disconnect both batteries for about 5 minutes and see if that fixes it. That seems to be the fix for most issues.
Ram has shown that hardware does not equal features. It is stricly a software thing and you need to pay Ram for them to give you that feature. My Dad was a TRX with all of the cameras but his doesn't have the feature where it shows the camera when you put on your blinker. The truck is capable of...
No. No issues disconnecting them both. I would suggest you try this before you do another factory reset. That sounds like a real PITA to have to re-do all your settings every 2-4 weeks.
Do you have to factory reset it? I would suggest disconnecting both batteries for about a couple minutes then reconnecting. I had an issue once and that fixed it for me.
Was there a question in there? From experience, unless the level is marked as “dangerously” high or low, you don’t need to rush to get it replaced. You can manually check the level by running it for several minutes, turn the truck all the way off, press the start button once (without foot on...
I’d call it more of a “lane keeping service with adaptive cruise control.” Far from an auto driving vehicle. Will not adapt to changing speed limits or make turns or anything like that.
For years I haven’t carried a house key. The front door has an electric lock that uses my fingerprint to get in. The garage door is rarely locked but there’s a hidden key in my garage if I did need it.
My fob has a key for my bed cover and that’s it. All the other keys I rarely use are in my...
@Jimmy07 Just yesterday I went golfing, locked my keys in the truck using my app, and proceeded to play my round. When I finished the round, I was having service issues and it took me 5 minutes to get into my truck. If I would have had the key card in my wallet I wouldn't have had the issue I...
