Yes you are only checking to see if the spacers nuts are loose so if you torqued at 130foot pounds you check it at 120 or 125 because they have lock-tite on them is why you don’t check at 130 you would break the lock-tite loose and would need to completely remove them and start over. I also...
I always torque spacers to factory recommend specs so i put a light coat of anti-seize only on the mating surface on the back of the spacers then blue locktite or red on spacer to ram wheel torque to 130ftb then place wheels/tires on normal at 130ftp.
I do put anti-seize a lite coat between them because on my Jeep when you ever decide to take them off they stick and have to be knocked loose with a hammer.
