I think I will leave it on, although it ticks me off when it happens over protecting.
It has saved me once in the HD parking lot where someone left a cart and I didn't see it. I'll take the false warnings to help with my short comings of checking my surroundings.
Also, now that I've had mine...
Too tired yesterday to install mine, but I opened it this morning. Probably install it after services, but did notice something.
The top cover has a seam around the top half and pressure tabs underneath. As if the top half was meant to be removed at some point. I wonder if that is there for...
Can't wait to land back home tomorrow and go pick mine up!
Only to experience worse fuel mileage, can't see it without a clear hood, and no performance gains. Pumped I tell ya!
Well that didn't last long. Now that I'm over the 12K miles wonder if I will get pushback?
Since I've had it "repaired" once it should still be, but you never know.
Will add it to the list of items for my service appointment coming up in a couple weeks.
One thing I've notice after lowering the back end...
That darn whiplash brake assist is activating more in reverse. The better half always freaks out and thinks I'm doing it on purpose, haha.
Just need to slow my roll when backing.
I stood the lowering springs next to the originals when I pulled the first one off. Definitely shorter.
Had to strap the og springs to get them off, but the new ones slipped right in.
Order placed and looking forward to what the exhaust - Cai combo will sound like. She seems to want more air and this should help out.

Have asked in general a few times and no response. Question for you:
Does anything have to come off to refill the oil during a change?
Haven't seen any pics of that side.
Mine has done this on a few occasions. Narrowed it down to where I purchased gas. Staying with known good brand from now on. Corrected every time I went back.
Thanks, found it. Amazing how many features these trucks have and some yet to be discovered apparently. I've looked at that screen so many times and just never saw it under the mirror dim icon.
