Thanks, Honestly if you don't re-tune the motor to to overcome the fuel sipping, EPA loving stock tune, the improved airflow of a CAI and exhaust might make for a lean condition. Making it run hotter. PCM's can only overcome so much (like altitude) You can get away with that with a truck but I...
I have to agree. It sounds great having that old 4 barrel sound when you punch it. It may not give you the claimed HP but it will give you better throttle response to go with that sound, Making the drive more enjoyable. I'm about to pull the trigger on this and an exhaust. Mainly for the...
Would this work with an Etorque. I think the 48 volt battery feeds the electronics in the truck. I wonder if the battery behind the rear seat is disconnected when disconnecting the battery.
I have an appt. monday with my dealer for a laundry list of services. Thanks to this site I found out about all these issues I was concerned about. I sent them this list and they are going to take care of all of it for me.
ADJUSTABLE BRAKE PEDAL RECALL - V07/NHTSA 19V-067
GROUND CABLE RECALL...
I have to get the update! The Ram I test drove with the alpine system sounded better than mine. I listen with the volume in the 20's and often at 38 when I want to jam out. I was so disappointed when I got my truck. I thought the Alpine sounded great so the HK would be awesome. NOT! I...
Do you know if the PC is compatible with the Tazer. I know the Tazer won't work with the Pulsar. I believe because they both use steering controls to toggle settings. I believe the PC has it's own controller as well as Bluetooth control. I hate the throttle lag in these new trucks. I just...
How'd you get that for $600? I want the S or touring. Yours sounds great but that's too much for my needs. I got 9 month old baby or else I'd crank it up too.
Well I got 17.8 MPG on a highway trip on level ground. Hand calculated. Still not great but better then what I was getting. I have the 3.21 rear and I used my cruise control 90% of the time.
My Limited Etorque is getting terrible mileage. Today my display reads 12.2. I'm at 3000 miles and only checked the mileage by hand once and I was getting 14+ on a highway trip with some mountains to climb. I am not a lead foot at all. I baby this truck. I do remote start in the winter but...
I did the same. I got a microSD card reader that is no bigger than the micro card. Then I placed it in the USB 3 slot in the rear of the console so it's not in my way at all. It's so small that I'm not worried about someone in the rear hitting it. Another great advantage of this setup is...
I Love my Samsung Note. You couldn't give me an iPhone for free. Apple just now has some of the things Samsung has had for years such as wireless charging. I also use the stylus to free hand a lot of things. I prefer the openness of android.
Got my step last week in the usual mangled box. I really can't believe they ship these out like that. At least throw some popcorn in the box to prevent the gaping holes from the step hitting the sides during shipping. Anyway, all the hardware was there. Very easy install and I just zip tied...
I'm a Samsung Note guy so I'm not looking to buy another Apple product. My music isn't backed up in the cloud so migrating everything to a new ipod touch is as much work as going the thumb drive route. I got a 64 GB microSD card and a very small reader just a hair bigger than the card. I put...
My Ipod Classic had all my music on it and playlists . It worked perfectly. I loved having it just plugged in my truck so I didn't have to worry about bluetooth streaming if I didn't want to. I can't believe this new truck has a CD player in it yet it can't work on Ipod. I got a thumb drive...
I couldn't hold out. I ended up ordering the step last night. It seems the only issue is the wire harness needs a zip tie after installation with the current version. That's an easy work around. I wish they had a right side step as well. They should sell them as a pair.
