same situation, 2019 BH CC 5.7 non-e, went in for synth oil change and tire rotation, im at 62k they wanted me to change transmiasion fluid radiator fluid power steering and both front and rear diff's and transfer case $891 no thanks i said change the oil and rotate the tires...

i had a 05 dakota w the 4.7 back in the day truck was solid for 10 years until the rear wheeel wells rotted out, id consider another w a turbo V6 ..if i could build it w black rims and elblems etc...

looked at mine, same condition, all rusted 2019 CC non-etorque, hemi 61k ehhhhh

it wouldnt been seen unless you take the whole battery out i didnt see it either until removing the battery, cbty2050 appreciate that comment..
