I'm in the same boat, I want a 22 for a spare. I've considered buying a set off FB marketplace and then selling the rest as spares. I saw a set of the longhorn 20's in Ft. Worth on marketplace for $500 the other day. Could probably make money selling off the other 3.
Gotcha. I remember loving the SW edition, but all them on the lot had the two tone interior. All the other trucks had monotone interior light or dark. I assumed it was part of the package.
I read somewhere that one of the channels is just the ANC signal. No idea how that works without interfering with the music coils though, so no idea if that's true. I would definitely like to know the power output if anyone knows.
Possibly a blown speaker, or if you have something in the rear door cubby it could be rattling. I kept hearing a noise in my drivers side door. Finally remembered to check it before I left the house, and the girlfriend had left a bottle cap in there. It was rattling from the speaker.
Make sure your wheels have the pockets in the back to allow room for the lugs. I believe 1 inch spacer is the lowest you can go without having to trim the lugs if you have the pockets. Also make sure you go with a quality hubcentric spacer.
Is that box alone, or loaded with a sub? I and possibly a couple of friends of mine, may be interested in one down the line. I've got 3 friends shopping around for Rams, and two have been asking me about the stereo.
That sounds interesting. I've seen blow throughs from the bed to the cab, but never from below the floor. What will the boxe(s) be made of? Have you already mapped out the space? How will you protect it from damage and elements?
Me personally loving the look of those wheels, I'd use those in summer with an AT tire, and a winter tire on the 18's. Just switch them over as the season changes. Though they do sell regularly around $1500 with new(ish) OEM tires.
