The kit is $1900.
I peiced it together and with 5100’s and new ORP coils for the front I should be under $1000 all in. But as you and I both know we are spending more trying out different coils so I kind of have to peice it together.
It’s all the parts from the mopar ram 2” lift kit. It’s the track bar relocation bracket and bolts. I figured if it works for the mopar 2” lift it should be fine for this too.
I ended up doing the 350-905xhd’s. I should get 2.5” of rear lift if others are right. If I do then I will lift the front 3” to offset the rake a little.
My ram 2500 rear ground to fender was 43”. My 2024 1500 stock rear is 39” without the 1” spacer I added.
I am not sure on that either. I think it varies depending on year of truck and if you have the ORP. Below is for the 2024 for sure that I know of.
This is setting for non ORP.
With ORP
I luckily purchased through Amazon so returns are super easy.
It was the 1” bar. Definitely beefy and I was really hoping it was going to be a massive improvement with truck lean taking turns and roundabouts. I drove my truck to the store after putting oem bar back on and it’s legit the same...
I wonder if it’s the HD coils and 5100 combo that is doing more and that’s why I’m not noticing any change.
Oem is back on.
I’m going to order up a set of the xhds coils to test out. I might try out the variable ones this time.
It does seem too that the hellwig bar puts my links at an angle towards the rear vs straight up and down like the oem. I’m not an engineer but that could have an effect on how it works maybe?
Middle hole would allow the links to be straight up and down and the 3rd hole the links would be...
That could be true.
Idk though I feel as though it stayed the same. Maybe what I’m noticing is the front leaning through turns. I wonder too if sway bar links should be beefed up to match the bar?
I’m going to put it in the furthest hole in to see if I notice a difference. If I still don’t...
Installed but no noticeable difference on the first hole. Going to try out the middle setting. Was really hoping for an improvement when going around roundabouts.
I also need to weigh my setup again as it has been years since the last time and what it’s loaded up with today is much different than when we first got it 4 years ago.
Start an eBay account haha!
I’m in the same boat as you though. It’s fun to try new things and see how it all reacts.
What year is your truck? I know on my 2024 the 893xhd’s would raise the rear 2” and the 905xhd’s would raise the rear 2.5”
I’m considering the 350-893xhd. The non variable version.
The variable version will drop 2” before the extra load part of the coil kicks in. That way you retain your stock ride.
I want firmness right from the top.

I set the bars on the propride wdh at 3” long. I think if I go to 2” long that will get me F: 36 3/4 and R: 39”
The 30 mile drive home from storage the truck felt good. No sway until I hit around 64mph. It was only...
