I’m starting to learn that as well. Now that it’s quit raining for the last months here, the temps have been coming with at least a 108 heat index. And the Ram ac won’t win any awards once the heat index gets that high. Going to ask the tint shop if they have any ceramic tint that blocks more...
Finally got my truck fixed. Had the TSB performed, but the results were still not great. AC would only get to 55 degrees at the coldest, and that’s with me setting it up just right. Ended up having a problem with my compressor. It wasn’t building enough pressure to send Freon through the system...
My 2020 did this since I bought it with 15,000 miles, when I put new tires on, it hasn’t done it since. Knock on wood.

I’ve tried mine and it came on. I bought my truck in May, and a few weeks ago I had a wild hair to see if it worked in mine since I bought the truck used. I live in Louisiana so it was plenty hot outside when I turned it on.

I’ve never heard of the fabric softener, but I’d bet that would work well.
That Adam’s odor bomb works really well. As long as you follow the directions you can’t smell any odors in the truck

This will get the job done, I smoke cigars in my trucks from time to time. Before I trade in or sell, or a road trip with the misses I use this.

As long as the truck is under the bumper to bumper warranty it should be covered no matter what. If it’s just powertrain, I guess it would depend on what the TSB is for.
But my truck is under bumper to bumper and they performed the AC TSB under warranty.

That’s what I’m afraid of, I’m hoping it might be some other issue going on. The way my luck is I’ll be stuck with it. Probably next to impossible to get them to double check their work.

Been riding around with a thermometer the last few days. This is the absolute “coldest” I can get my air. I have another appointment to get my truck looked at again and see exactly what’s going on.

Finally had a chance to test out the results of the TSB, unfortunately, it feels like this TSB didn’t do much. It didn’t start to get cool until I finished my 20 minute drive back home. I need to get a thermometer and get some hard numbers.

I noticed mine started this today. After the dealer had my truck all day yesterday to do the AC TSB. I’m going to look at it tomorrow to see if something small I can adjust before I hassle the dealer about it.

Finally got mine done yesterday. Was supposed to be done Monday, but had to get Ram cares involved even more. Dealer acted like they I never had an appointment and acted like they didn’t want to do the TSB.
Wasn’t able to see if any positive results. Got the truck back when ambient temps were...
Anyway to get the ventilated seats to automatically turn on on a higher setting? Mine always defaults to low. Even on day with a 105° heat index. On a 2020 limited.

I put 305/45/22 ridge grapplers on my truck. The ride is the same as stock, and so far it seems I only took a 2 mpg hit. I didn’t recalibrate the speedo yet. I’m looking for something reliable to do that, but haven’t come across anything concrete yet. The mpg hit is with the truck in aero mode...
I agree, you would think me coming in with the TSB and talking them how poor the performance of the system is would save me and them time.
I’ll definitely follow up once the work is done. My coworker has a 2020 2500 he’s bringing in as well. He lives in Mississippi, but I’ll report back with...
