The pulley is a press fit onto the shaft. Hemis have pretty much been using the same water pumps since they first came out, back when they had mechanical/viscous fans that attached to them. The threaded portion is where the fan clutch would mate to.

Absolute world of difference. I set it on the stiffest setting. If you think the truck handles well now, wait til you install that bar. I always felt like there was too much body roll and this made it perfect.

Extra 1/2” spacer plate that sits on top of the shock assembly. Gets sandwiched between the shock mount and the perch.

I wish there was some kind of way to adjust the sensitivity but there isn’t. I got sick of it so I just switched back to manual. Sucks that it’s part of an options package that I paid for and not using now, but I’m chalking it up to a first world problem and just moving on [emoji2373]

It can take up to 15 minutes of steady driving above 20 MPH for the light to go out. It usually doesn’t take that long though.

So I pulled the trigger on them. 2” Mopar lift with additional 1/2” Motofab spacers up front. Installed the Hellwig rear sway bar while I was at it. Absolutely love the look and ride of the truck, more than when I first got it. Feels how I think a “luxury” truck should ride.

As far as I know, yes, they are controlled by the BCM. I just checked a Limited with LED fogs against a Big Horn with halogens and yes, they are the same plug.

I’m an FCA dealer technician, not an FCA engineer. I think a lot of people assume that we are in constant communication with the higher ups at FCA because we work on the product, but that’s not the case. We’re left in the dark on a lot of stuff. Sometimes we see STAR cases regarding customer...
FCA techs are certified level 0-3. I am a 3. Been with FCA for 10 years in January. We do things a little differently at my shop... we are not a “specialized” shop (engine guys, trans guys, electrical guys)... everyone can do pretty much everything but there are some guys that are better at...
The power side steps have an anti-pinch feature, just like the auto windows. If the pup gets caught, they’ll reverse direction, but I’m sure you’ll still get a yelp from him.
