Update 9/17/19 I got a call back from FCA. As expected, they claimed it was operating as "designed". I stated, as a 25 year mechanic and ASE certified, I will not accept that answer. I can not accept that Ram designed a truck to blow air from the defrost in all modes and fog the windshield...

The Ram 1500 2500 and 3500 all do the same for the 2019 model year.

I have a question on this. My 2019 3500 tradesman has the 5 inch head unit without the Sirius box checked. My 17 3500 had the same radio and had Sirius. The truck has the satellite antenna. Is there a way to flash in or enable the radio to use Sirius? It was not on the build sheet either...
