Yep, it was FCA HQ that got my 1st build scratched & 2nd build done and on the train in 3 days.

Man, I would so be in the grill of the dealership for that. If that gets you nowhere, go to FCA HQ direct. That is a 60k plus truck and if I had to use social media as a last resort, somebody is going to do something for me to make me forget about the rat.

Sucks that you are going thru this. I ordered mine thru a dealership that I have zero experience with, but sat down with the service manager last week (my truck ETA is 9/12) and got some assurance that his dept. will not let me down. Glad to see they found the issue.

When I ordered my Limited, I was told from 2 different dealers that E torque was the only option regardless of rear end. Not sure if that has changed, but it was only $800 difference then.

My 16 Z71 had the same door issue, dealership did a realignment and never had another problem. As far as A/C issues, you are not the only one to report that problem. It will be the 1st thing I check out when mine comes in.
