Man, that sucks. My 1st build never passed inspection. With that said, Ram seemed content on just letting it sit in "I" forever. After 5 weeks, the Dealerships GM bypassed Ram factory and contacted someone at FCA HQ. Whoever that person was, Ram factory started paying attention and did a new...
From a long time Chevy owner, the Ram truck is already there. However, Ram customer service and Dealership experience I had was really sub-par, borderline misery. I hope service dept is a better experience
As far as the protection group, Skid plates, etc. you can do them yourself. Adding E-Lock is a different story, would depend on the rear end set up, maybe they could, never checked myself. I would ask the dealership Service manager.
Yes, that one almost caught a lot of us, but the tow mirrors has been widely reported on this site for some time now. As far as my Ram Dealership, disappointing at best. Just picked up my truck 2 weeks ago and they had just put there 1st rep thru the 19 Ram course. Then I had to point out things...
Yea, if you ordered before on lot then no way to check. I just wonder if the noise cancel is killing the volume. I have a couple of bose head sets at home, one with noise cancel ($300) for air travel and a cheap ($30) pair I wear out in the yard. The $30 pair is much louder, maybe twice as loud...
How many of you test drove a Ram with the HK system in it. If you are going to spend 60k+ for a truck, then shouldn't you try out the audio? I bought the truck for a lot of reasons, but one was not hosting a Van Halen concert
Not sure I would have gone all in on a $ 70,000 Limited had I not found this sight. See what you guys did to me!!!
Just kidding, was 1st introduced to this Ram via a friend, then stumbled across this site weeks later. So thankful for the input from all the members. Saved me and others from...
To be honest, etorque never worried me as much as all the new technology, a new build in general. I was one of those that never intended to go that route, but when I went to order my Limited in June, etorque was suddenly the only option.
My Dealer told me it was only the etorque battery, just like the normal battery, that was not covered under the lifetime warranty. The motor that replaces the alternator is covered.
When I get a chance I will grab a temp gauge and check mine out., since it was a late August build. The AC is plenty cold on mine, have not gone to Max one time and its still summer in the Southeast.
