It’s Sirius Guardian ready now (as represented by all of your build sheets, VIN, and vehicle documentation); unless you plan to resubscribe to demonstrate it, then it should not affect the future sale.
I don't even think you can get a 23 gallon tank in a non-etorque; I think what's happening is that the standard tank is 26 gallon, so when you select the 26 gallon as an add-on option it forces you to select etorque.
Sounds like a glitch as others have said, and it should not be displaying the...
As SpeedyV states, don't beat or abuse it, but vary the throttle input throughout the break in to set the engine correctly. Don't maintain full throttle with a heavy load, but definitely surge it every now and then. When on the highway, don't maintain a constant low throttle input; let off to...
Keep in mind that the old ecodiesels tricked emissions, contributing to great mileage. The new ecodiesels may be stuck with worse mileage and performance from the factory to meet emissions, though if you can get a tune that mimics what is needed to trick emissions you may get both back (but...
I’m curious how much wieght these have over a normal tailgate (and thus how much payload you lose); I would love to get the numbers early and not make us play the “compare door sticker” game
I bet there is an asterisk on that rating, with a requirement of the weight spread evenly over the whole tailgate. The center/top edge itself is probably rated much lower, more like 600 lbs, with additional weight needing to be shifted to the back or sides.
The Sport is Canadian only; did you purchase in Canada? Canadian packages and prices are different then US.
Edit: Ok, looking at the level 1 package, it seems like the biggest difference is the radio, which seems odd; I guess since the level 2 overrides the level one instead of requiring, they...
Here is the Level 2 Laramie equipment listing, with the items most likely needed for the ASG (due to sensors and computer processing) underlined:
19-Speaker Harman Kardon® Premium Sound
Automatic High Beam Headlamp Control (Front-facing sensor)
Blind-Spot with Cross-Path Detection (lower...
ASG is dependent on a large chunk of the stuff in the Lvl 2 equipment group; it needs a heftier computer and a ton of sensors to work. You would still end up paying for 75% of the Lvl 2 group just to get the dependent features, though an argument could be made for the remaining 25% of the cost...
ACC uses sensors (ultrasonic?) in the windshield (the box behind your mirror) that look forward instead of at the ground, and likely why they are less affected by the lift. Forward collision, front and rear parking, and lanesense use sensors (not the surround cameras) in/around the bumpers that...
OP is turning the in-cab dimmer switch up; that's the problem, when it is up it is then too bright for night and OP needs to turn it back down again, which is then too dim for overcast conditions.
Best thing to do on those days is to switch from "Auto" to "Off" in the headlight buttons/knob, then switch back to "Auto" at night to turn them back on.
If it is the same price whether you buy it on day 1 with 10 miles, day 400 with 35,000 miles, or day 1000 with 25,000 miles, then what is the benefit of buying early besides rolling into your financing? seems like it is always best to wait until right before factory warranty expires, just in...
