Seems most issues with Pano are the 2 drain tubes in back between cab and bed, and the front 2 between front door and quarter panels. These would appear as leaks (wet) on either front or rear floor carpet. The way to check those is to take a dry paper towel and push down on carpeting in suspect...
Don, Ok, so yours was replaced for rattle, not cracks or leaks. 3 weeks ago (about a couple months after getting the rear slider replaced) I too had water on my headliner. They just replaced the third brake light-which I would push for, not just the TSB that retightens screws. Our issues seem...
Don, so your original one was replaced and your replacement is leaking? Is it cracked too? I've had mine replaced also with the AC part number.

Maybe FCA will rethink using plastic for the frame. Seems to me black powder coated aluminum would be the way to go (if that doesn't lead to the the glass breaking).

I have a intermittent grind/squeak when turning either direction while driving or standing still. Dealer has "clock spring" on order (back order with unknown date) for replacement. Dealer opened Starcase and supposedly got engineer involved.

I had mine replaced with this part number in mid November 2019, no clue why the part numbers have changed altogether.

Just discovered a leak which is probably the 3rd break light or shark fin. Already had rear window replaced. They are different in characteristics - rear window frame had cracks and water followed the crack lines. This one is just showing on headliner. Emailed dealer, going to call previous FCA...
It is a complete assembly...look further up in this thread for the "backlite". There are various part numbers, depending on model and trim package...from my own experience I saw water intrusion along the cracks...see various pictures in this thread

Depending on your confidence with closest dealer, in this case I would recommend sending RamCares a PM from here with pics and explaining your dealer experience. They will probably open a case, contact dealer, and have them do the warranty work.
The dealer will probably order the new window and...
I highly doubt you are the only one in San Antonio. I'm from MI and have had mine replaced after almost a year. There are multiple forums, Facebook groups, and threads on 5th Gen Rams on this issue.

You should be good with your warranty, physical cracks, and signs of leaking. I would recommend private message to RamCares, attach pics, then go from there.
