Is the trans always cold when this problem occur. I have 2,300 miles on my truck, but have never put it directly in drive. I always put in reverse first to back down the driveway or get out of parking spaces. Put it on the street and tried to go directly to drive. It was fine but the...
Mine starts up as soon as my foot is not even fully off the brake. I had something cool happen this morning. Was at a light and start/stop kicked in. When cabin fell below selected temperature setting, with my foot on the brake, eTorque disabled and the heater came on. Very neat.
If you don't have the Rambox with the bed that has the groves for the divider, is there another type of divider to buy? Right now I have a racheting bar that goes between the wheel wells, that I bought at Harbor Freight.
I would be wary of a roll up cover that is aluminum in the snow belt, do to freezing. I also don't like the roll up storage area in the bed. My luck I will load something and bend it, causing the cover to not roll up easily. Just my opinion.
Most of the tri folds have small degrees of leakage by the tailgate. I have the BAK MX4 and it leaks slightly, but not to a degree where I worry about it.
I have the MX-4 on my 2019 with the 5'7" bed. I get some water by the tailgate, but that is it. I have never taken it through a car wash. I hand wash all of my vehicles.
Agreed. When I ordered the ETorque it was only ~$500 more than the 5.7 Hemi. During my order process the price went way up, but my dealer homered the lower price, even though my order is not in the system. So far the truck had been fine. No leaking, brake squeal or driver side clunk.
2,400 miles w/ETorque. No issues thus far. Start/Stop ok. I like the way the truck knows that if you are trying to warm up to temperature, the Stsrt/Stop will not kick in until you are up to temperature. Nice feature.
I bought in NJ. Negotiated doc fee to $100 but in NJ you have to pay a 4 year registration and if your truck is above $45K (prior to rebates and trade, there is a luxury tax to pay (cost about $180). I did not take the dealers word for this. I called and spoke to the motor vehicle commission...
Does anyone know when that rear step it's going to be released. Is there a part number for it to add to your truck? Has anyone added the weather tech step to the hitch of their truck and do they like it .
