I tried moving both blend doors repeatedly until I hear a "click" when it shuts, no change in temperatures.

Just checked again the noise is still present even with A/C off...

@KcRay Can you please explain to us why blocking only the engine out hose wont add pressure to the system?

Yes, I had the AC on and apparently only does it when shutting down the engine when the AC was on. I have heard "air pressure" sounds in other cars when shutting down but never a burbling noise. Zeronet Do you hear it in your truck too?

Hello Guys, I am getting sometimes a gurgling or bubbling noise coming from my engine bay behind the dash when turning the engine off, it seems to last 3-5 seconds. Is this normal? Thanks JC

The two hoses that are connected to the transmission start lower downstream the main coolant lines and are in no way dependent of the heater core lines, it appears the core lines are truly independent.

Also when disconnecting hoses some coolant will be lost, should the coolant system be primed after that and how to do it?

Hi KcRay, but isnt the engine in hose creating a vacuum or some kind of problem when sealing off the engine out hose?

So you only slowed the coolant flow to the heater core and you are OK with your output temps? Would you consider them similar to other good working ac?

I too wonder this... what happens with the "Engine In" hose that comes from the heater core when you block out the "Engine Out" one.

Can this update be downloded trough the Uconnect site or how do I get it ?

Add me to the list, also my 17 F150 did it ocassionally and it was considered normal, it was the slack on the driveline when starting the engine.

The quality of the shutoff valve you use for this mod is crucial to say the least and a point that can fail and leave you stranded on the side of the road, better get the best you can find. I might have a solution to try today, will post preliminar results in a few hours. Thanks all for you...

How was your right side vent? Also is the clamp still letting some coolant trought?
