Assuming you didn’t replace them when you did the lift? The Mopar replacement arms are $47/ea (what Mopar uses for their 2” lift kit), or the Ready Lift arms $350ish.
So on the trip to St. Louis I lost about 2.5mpg from our previous trip to Gatlinburg. I had to do everything by hand using a GPS app since they can’t recalibrate my speedometer at the dealership (service manager actually recommended the Hypertech if I didn’t want to wait). I got 14.5mpg with a...
I was able to use the crutchfield adaptors that came free with the speakers to plug and play. They should auto load into your cart when you add the speakers.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but the 295/60 is 1/4” shy of 12” wide @ 11.77”. I agree 12.5” looks really good, but it’s not a terrible difference.
@HotStuff one thing to keep in mind is your speedometer. It will be off 2.5mph @40 and 5mph @80. The only way to fix it atm is an aftermarket part like...
Not at all. It would raise the back end too, assuming your speaking of the Rough Country lift. Technically, I have 3.5 over stock in the front. So, that is a close comparison.
I’m sure you’ve read it in other posts, but if you do the 2.5 or larger you need to replace your upper control arms.
I have the off-road package with the 2.5” MotoFab level. Yes I had some very minor rubbing on the back side of the tire. I used a heat gun to move the liner back, and the little plastic trim piece at the bottom of the liner. I was even able to modify my Husky mud flaps to get them to fit without...
So with the resonators you can’t hear it at all unless you get on the gas. I personally can’t stand that “air leaking” noise from them.
With them off you can hear it at 2k rpm (typically as you getting to speed from a stop), but once it shifts into 8th and drops to 18-1500 rpm cruising speed...
Were you ever able to get this resolved? My front USBs are charging/not charging, and the system doesn’t recognize anything plugged in. Tried 4 or 5 cables and 3 phones, all charge when first plugged in then stop.
I heat gun on the fender, and just sweet talked it back a bit. The Husky flaps I had to trim just a little. Took 10 minutes with a drimmel, once I knew where they were rubbing. With that offset I didn’t want everything getting flung down the side of the truck.
Did you recalibrate your speedometer after putting 34s on? Mine is about 3-4mph off now. I have an appointment this week at the dealership to get it corrected.
I did the 2.5” with new control arms on top of the 1” off-road pack, and 295/60R20 tires. I had to clear up some minor rubbing, and even found a way to keep the front mud flaps. I love the look of the 3.5” height and 34” tire combo.
I have the 2.5 Motofab with 20x10 -18 wheels. I got the Ridge Grapplers 295/60 put on today, and they rubbed my Husky mud flaps. Took them off and everything was perfect. Tires look great, too.
