Question for @Gondul . Do you have the 33 gallon tank or bed utility group? My truck has the same options including the 33 gallon tank but no tow group or bed utility group. I was hoping for something a little closer to 1,400 lbs for payload. I guess the 6'4" bed adds more weight than I thought.
You guys had me in panic mode as I normally call about insurance before changing vehicles.
I talked to my agent today and my 2011 Sierra is $470 while the new 2019 Ram will be $620. Not too bad considering, but our 2017 Tahoe with an MSRP about the same as the Ram is about $500. The agent...
I test drove three different 5.7L hemi’s. The one with eTorque was my least favorite to drive. I just didn’t like that little bump you feel when the braking kicks on. Plus, at its current cost it would take me probably 10 years to break even and I doubt I’ll still have this truck in 10 years.
I...
Ok, is this even possible?
I placed my order on 10/9. I asked my dealer for the VON/VIN number today and they sent me a copy of the POC that shows D1 status already with an estimated ship date of 10/30.
Is the estimated ship date usually even close to accurate?
Ok, I hope I don't regret this but I place my order on 10/9 for a Limited 4X4 with 6'4" box and regular 5.7L Hemi.
I've owned many new vehicles in my lifetime and everyone up until now has been a GM product. No major issues with any of them, I was just so disappointed with the 2019 GMC Sierra...
No.
There are so many differences in the way people drive (city/highway/expressway, towing, aggressive/granny, etc.) Unless you drove the same truck (except the rear ratio), took the same route and drove the same way, you’ll never know the exact difference in mpg between the 3.21 and 3.92.
My...
@Icecold77 From another thread, I don't think @RamCares can see photos posted here (a security precaution?) Probably best to direct mail your VIN to them as requested to be sure you're on "the list."
Just thought I would report back that this was apparently a one-off deal because of the CDI certificate Jeff mentioned earlier.
After a couple of weeks of back and forth with Jeremy at Shuman, the best they could do was 2% under invoice. Probably not worth the trouble of a call if you're...
I think I answered my own question because here is a screen capture from a dealer video of a Longhorn without the BUG but still including the bed lighting that is listed as standard in the brochure.
Does anyone here have a Longhorn or Limited without the Bed Utility Group (BUG)? Do you have the rear bed led lighting with the separate switch on the light?
The brochure shows the bed lighting as standard on the Longhorn and Limited, but several posts on the forum state that the only way to...
Are you sure about the LED bed lighting comes only with the BUG? The chart in the back of the 2019 brochure I have list the bed lighting as standard on the Longhorn and Limited. Also, as far as I remember all of the Longhorn and Limited models I looked at had the bed lights regardless if they...
