there's a thread with 2 people with bds ucas which have snapped under minimal offroading causing alot of damage to other components. haven't seen any other ucas fail besides the bds ucas. I was looking into ordering bds uca until I saw that post then thought maybe it was an isolated incident...
compressing the spring doesn't change stiffness on aftermarket springs. the springs that come with the 6112's, fox, and king are all linear springs which means the stiffness remains the same through compression.
is that 2 inches with new 35s or were you already running 35s and gained an additional 2 inches from the 6112s.asking to see if that 2 inches was 2 inches from the 6112s or an inch from tires and and inch or so from the 6112's
how much lift did you gain on setting 8 on the rebel? ive heard mixed reviews of ppl saying using the supplied coils the rebel won't achieve 2 inches and that it's only possible to gain 2 inches using the factory rebel springs.
definitely getting a uca. was planning on the bds uca. sounds like fox is my best bet i guess. just not a fan of how the rears are setup. the king rears look badass being inverted.
the fox 2-3 was my original plan until i saw these. I personally think they look better and have always wanted kings. i only want an extra half inch than what you got maybe I could put a half inch spacer on top of the strut hat. also I would think we would need the 600lb spring seeing as...
did you go with the 500lb spring or the 600lb spring? in your experience if i were to order these at 2.5in above the factory rebel height it would settle to 2in? when ordering do you order height based on being above rebel height or based on above standard ram 15000 height. so if I wanted 2in...
im looking into going with this setup as well. you're using the fox 2.5 2-3in adjustable coilovers right? did the 3 inch give you 2 inches of lift? also do you have any pictures
can we see some side shots when you get a chance? and some to see how far the tires poke out? i have a red rebel as well so this post is perfect. truck looks awsome.
stuck between this kit and their 4in kit. I only want to go with 35s though possibly 20x12 wheels with - 44 offset. what's the offset on those wheels? looks great. does it sit level without the tires being in the bed?
i thought it might be pushing it. ive only seen a cpl rebels with a 2.5 front lift so I wasn't sure. so basically 2in front lift is best without going into a full 4in or 6in kit? . on the 6112s website though it says on clip 8 it gives a rebel a 2in lift. is that wrong information?
looking to do 2.5in up front using 6112s with a 1/2in motofab spacer with new uca,and a 1.5in motofab spacer in the rear. would this cause any cv issues? is 2.5 inches up front too much?
