805myth1, based on your reaction I guess not. I figured I would ask anyway. I’m just going to put an 8” under the seat. I’m not looking for the heavy bass, just a little low end reinforcement. Maybe a JL Audio powered sub.

Is the factory sub worth bothering with? Seems like most people go with an after market sub as well.

That’s disappointing to,hear. Just had my new Limited diagnosed with a bad clock spring, they are back ordered for at least 45 days. Search the forums for creaking and you will find another thread on this. How does a clock spring go bad?

here is what I did to my 2021 Limited - bakflip MX4, fits like a glove - undercover swing case on passenger sid. If installed on driver side it blocks the light switch. - added sound deadining to doors and back wall (had car audio dealer do it) - unplugged the sub.

The creaking actually got a little worse. Good thing I’m a metal head and the music will drown it out.
