A quick look at our local dealers website and they have several with the Trailer Towing package. As long as that is what you want, it seems they are available. I ordered mine with the controller but not the trailer towing package to ensure I got what I wanted. If you get one with the Off Road...

You have the stop-start. It only comes on occasionally for me. You should have a switch to turn it off. It cycles back on each time you restart.

At least it wasn’t built on Friday the 13th (y). The 12” have been buggy, but are getting better. You might post your software version so those who have the 12” can help you better. I believe there is also a TSB out on the system.

Sorry to hear of the issue. I’ve been on the forum since April and have not read of this exact issue. If you have the standard Hemi, you have start-stop.
