    You need to replace the front fenders with ones for a Bighorn or Tradesman if you don't want fender flares. The bed, you will probably just have to have welded up and repainted.

    Delmonico getting some work done... Air suspension was definitely being tested, it had to be around 2000 lbs, I got the message in the dash that I had to reduce payload for the air suspension to be able to raise or lower. It brought home two of those pallets, one at a time.

    I haven't had any issues with it, even without tape they hold pretty tight to the body.

    Same here, wanted two tone, but wanted a Big Horn. DIdn't price out the paint, it was my plan, but after adding black fender flares and black side steps it was enough contrasting color for me.

    Yes, that is my picture. No surgery to the truck metal is required, just snip off the plastic locator pins on the flare and slide the clips off or use them cutdown for a little more height.

    The OEM ones work fine on trucks that didn't come with them. You just need to double sided tape them like in the past, no alterations to the truck are required.

    Did you loosen up the bolts and try to push in hard and tighten them down? You can also elongate the holes so you can push them in more .

    I bought the new spats, four total, two for the front and two for the rear. I actually reused all the existing screws, I also have the wheel well liners, so not sure if that changes things. I actually did buy two screws as I had two missing, I swear they were missing from the factory, I have yet...
