My LASFIT’s, and many others, are plug and play. So it’s not a 100% certainty for all LED’s..
That doesn’t help with your issue though, best of luck. :) Personally, I would probably get frustrated and just buy another pair, and return them if they didn’t work, but that’s me, I hate...
I definitely considered the black/black, but I took a chance on the small red logo and like the way they turned out. Pops a little bit along with the tail lights.
And yea, these replaced my dealership ones which frankly should have come off a LONG time before they did (didn’t say ‘RAM’ but...
My daughter asked for a set of Rokblokz (the name is.. just f’n atrocious) for her Subaru for Christmas, and I liked the design of them and ended up getting a set in black w/ red logo to go on my truck. Thankfully, the logo is okay. I would not have gotten them if that name was more prominent...
Hmm.. interesting. You swapped halogen fogs to LED fogs (just the bulbs?) and you had to use the Tazer? Did the fog manufacturer say that was necessary? I would think the ‘LED Fogs: On’ setting would be for using the OEM LED fogs.
I had halogens and installed LASFIT switchbacks LED bulbs and...
I think someone had mentioned the F-150’s use the same 3rd brake light as we have, and thus they also will be having this issue too. They also only just recently redesigned the gasket (with a new part number) so basically any vehicle manufactured before that part update may leak.
Have you looked around locally to see if there are rim repair places near you? I had a company which did all four of the wheels on my BMW for around $150/wheel. In my case, they ground / filled / repainted to match a bunch of curb rash in addition to fixing the bend, so if it’s only bent it...
I use a tailgate pad. Not the best thing out there, but I can get 4 fat bikes across it, held down firmly. The benefit is that it then takes 5 seconds to remove it, toss it in the bed and unroll the tonneau. I don’t have this Thule, but they more or less all work the same, this is just an...
edit: i misread the post, only asking about the lens. My b. This is about the full replacement. If someone backed into you.. and also cracked both your taillight lenses but theres no other damage (??).. it still seems like a call to insurance. Esp when the lights are hundreds each...
I just installed that infotainment.com package last weekend. As RAMVW said, the parts are all Mopar (except the bypass/obdgenie). Install was very easy. Take a look at the embedded video on their product page which has great install instructions.
I did have a CEL after the OBD update, but it...
Took me a while to work up the gumption to spend the $$ on the mirrors from Infotainment, but I got them yesterday and installed today.
Despite some less than optimal temps for working with plastics (~40’s), I was able to get them installed pretty quickly. Getting the plugs back OUT of the...
Mine started doing this a week or two ago out of the blue. Brought to my dealer, water was leaking in from both the third brakelight and in at least one of the corners of the rear window. Waiting to hear back to make sure FCA are going to cover it (cant see why they wouldnt), then they’ll...
I just did this recently, and you don’t even have to call anymore! I had waited until I was really cutting it close on my free trial, and they gave me the $5/mo deal (which it sounds like you have, too). When that deal was set to expire, I logged in and selected ‘cancel my service’, the next...
Many years ago, i was driving up 89 from Concord to Warner, and there was like 6” standing on the highway, and higher drifts. Wasn’t a great night, and I would have been very happy to have chains installed (but less happy to install them!). But my trusty Sentra with dedicated snows got me home...
That, and you don’t have the Dueler tires to contend with! Rebel should be just fine in the snow with no changes.
Edit; definitely worth getting TPMS sensors in a second set of tires. Defeats the purpose of having a second set of wheels if you have to have someone remount them twice a year to...
I live in NH, have the Duelers, and here are my thoughts;
1) The Duelers are not great. I bought my truck in October and ordered dedicated snow tires after the first snow in Nov. I went with dedicated snows because I ski, and typically am out driving when roads are at their worst, and I wanted...
I have these fogs and generally like them.
They can easily get out of sync though (one white/one yellow) under a few circumstances.
example:
high beams on
sharp turn - inside fog comes on
finish the turn, fog goes off
turn off high beams, inside fog will be yellow, other will be white
heres...
I picked up my winter wheels and tires from Tirerack.com, and bought their TPMS sensors with them. They also are instantly picked up when I swap over my wheels, so may not need MOPAR brand sensors, but the ones you have now are probably not compatible with the truck.
Probably a good thing you...
Definitely not alone. :) And it’s funny you mention the traction.. when I sold my Titan, the KO2’s also had around 40k. And while they looked fine, as you said, I had definitely had a more slippery winter leading up to when I sold it. In fact, after that winter, I had basically decided I was...
I had KO2’s on my last truck as well (‘12 Titan), and was very impressed. They had 40k miles on them when I traded it (rotated them every 5k), and still has some life left. I will say the winter performance was starting to slip a bit ( :ROFLMAO:....) by that point.
However, I will...
