Hit 80's in the past week here in Michigan. And , I like many others find the A/C very disappointing. My previous truck was an '05 2500 Ram, with a leak in the A/C system (would have to put a can in every other season) and it would get so cold I would barely have to have it on. My 19 1500 which...
Thanks for the reply. I'm looking for the customer service one. I used it once when my truck was on order and figured it would be a good start for my friend. It is a really minor issue, it is with his Harmon/Kardon system. He took it in and the dealer said you will need to deal with FCA on that...
Guys , I apologize but I can't find the link to the FCA chat thing. Can someone post it for me. A friend is having some issues with his 5th gen 2500 and the dealer isn't helping. Figured the chat would be a good option.
Thanks
I've tried a few things on my truck. I first did a coat of Sonax Polymer Netshield. It seems to work nice, we will see how long it lasts. Now with that done after I wash and dry the truck I used Gtechnique quick detailer. It looked really good, had a nice deep gloss. This past weekend ...
I use boot oil on my custom White's boots but i don't think the leather in our trucks is quite the same. While i do think it needs something, i'm not sure what it is.

I hear ya. I washed , ceramic paint sealed , then added a quick detailer on top of that yesterday on my truck. Started at 9, finished a 3, just washing and drying alone was an hour and a half.
Finally got around to getting the paint sealer on. Spent the day doing the exterior of the truck. With my new '19, i've changed the way i wash. I now use a foam cannon, and just a different technique. It has great results but is definitely more time consuming. I think it was an hour and a half...
If it wasn't for the wheels and mirrors, i probably would. Might do the ram badge on the tail gate, and the 1500 badges.

A buddy stopped by my house after picking up his new 2500 Limited. His is a crew cab , 8' box but the 2500 crew cab is definitely smaller than the 1500 crew cab.
Few things I noticed. His trailer tow mirrors have power adjust for both, large mirror and the convex one. And they power swing...
When I do this I plan on remote operating it thru the Homelink button.

I've have the Weathertech splash guards and retractable step, and am seeing this on mine. I've also noticed a higher amount of stone chips on the front bumper than I think a 2k mile vehicle should have. At this rate I'm afraid to see what 100k will look like.
Now I didn't know they were available that far back, I thought 2000 was the first year. All this time and they can't figure out a power option for folding and flip out.
The convex is not intended strictly for tow, it is to help with the blind spots. These new "tow" mirrors do have the convex area different vs what I had on my older trucks, the convex area was just a corner of the mirror.
Think about it, when you adjust your mirrors, what part moves ...
are they really noticeable ? I've read mixed reviews on how bright they are. I had a full two row 20" light bar on my old '05 and it was like night and day difference.
