Give me a specific example of what won't load (ie. 05 - Brakes, ABS, Description, Description and Operation - the .PNG file at the top of the page, file:///D://en_US/graphics/GUID-0502137673.png, doesn't display). You can get the filename by right-clicking on the blank image, and selecting...
Not exactly. The air ALWAYS goes over the "cold" radiator, that is only cold when the A/C is running... otherwise it's at ambient temp. and does nothing. THEN the blend door can divert none, some, or all of the air over the "hot" radiator, which is always hot (or, always at engine coolant...
Okay. I'll assume your USB drive is D: - adjust accordingly if not
Right-click the desktop, select "New", then "Shortcut". For the name, put in:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
(include the quotes)
Click Next
For the name, put something like '2019 Dodge Ram 1500 DT Service...
Can you open the USB drive in File Explorer once you insert the drive?
If so, navigate to the common\html folder, left-click, then right-click 'default.htm', select 'Open With', and choose 'Internet Explorer'.
You should then be able to click 'ENTER Service Information Manual'
If that works...
I have an Antigravity XP10, that has jumped my 2009 5.7L Hemi multiple times (was chasing a battery drain issue for a while), and countless other vehicles, ranging from completely dead tractors, several V8 engines, and even cranked over my Cummins 5.9L a couple of times. And, of course, in a...
ABSOLUTELY NOT. You NEVER work under a truck without adequate safety stands. Hydraulic jacks can, and will, fail at the most inopportune time. That's a pretty dumb way to lose your life.
To change a tire, in a pinch? Okay - doable. To put your body between the truck and the ground? No way...
Give it a little time, and check back often. It will come back in stock.
Do NOT order 19064... this is a mis-print on their website. That is actually for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. -19074 is the one you want. DT is the model code for the 5th gen Rams (2019 and up). The previous generation...
Rather than offer my own opinion on which truck I would buy if I were you, I'm going to actually answer your question (I know, crazy, right?)
Truck #1 has the HK sound system, ACC, ABA, FCW+, LDW+, PPA, ventilated rear seats, and SurroundView. It comes w/ 22" wheels, an E-locker, and a brake...
Except here's the problem with that. We know that the A/C sticker changed from the 567g (rev. AA) changed to 510g (rev. AB) sometime between 05/18 and 08/18. So why did Ram79Hemi's tech, on 06/19, state that his sticker (510g, rev. AB) was wrong, replace it with the earlier one (rev AA, 567g)...
Mostly metric. I can't recall the last time I used an SAE tool on my, or any, truck. Well, wait... my buddy's F-150 - that needed a 3/8" wrench for the caliper bleeder screw. But aside from that... :D
Yeah - I'm very skeptical of that work order... .0515 vs .0567? What's he measuring in? Deca-kilograms? 510g is .51Kg, not .051.
However, the difference between .515g and .567g is .125lbs, or the difference between 1.125lbs. and 1.25lbs. So, is a 2oz. undercharge (0.125lbs = 2 oz.), or...
@Ram79hemi - can you post a photo of the "new" sticker your dealer says he replaced, according to their work order? Nothing on that work order makes any sense.
Thanks

Yep. See on the one side, there's a raised area about the size of a USB drive? This pivots and flips out from the rest of the card, and is the actual USB drive. That will insert into a USB socket.
Why would you pay twice as much for the same thing? This is just a CD version of the USB that you buy from TechAuthority. And it also reinforces my guess about the correct part number for the 2019 Ram Classic. That CD, for a 2018 Ram, is 81-370-18075-CD. So now I'm positive that the 2019 Ram...
Any first-hand experience with actually using it? As in, have dealer do a bunch of warranty work, and pay them your $250 deductible for $3,000 worth of work? All warranties are equal until it comes time to actually use them.
