it all depends. If you get one with a bigger inlet and can tune then you'll see more than out of just a filter swap and a tune. Not talking a huge difference but definitely some
I haven't had any problems being in 8th towing so far. Obviously down shifting up hills but that was the same as my 16 F150 with their max tow package. With about 7,500lbs I really feel no difference between the two trucks except gas was better on the F150 but the ride of the Ram is better to...
I take a different view. I have a place in Utah and towing my boat (Nitro ZV21 about 7,500lbs) up and down the mountains with 3.21. 0 issues. Averaged 10mpg. To me if you are consistently pulling 10klbs+ with a 1500 you should have got a 2500. But to say getting a 3.21 is for getting...
Got my T2 in yesterday and could not be happier with it. Originally I ordered the i3 but for less than $100 decided to upgrade. Diablo and great customer service and after sending me another i3 sent a T2 overnight. Install was super easy on both and adjusting parameters is just as easy...
They are the same except for the 93 octane tune. Only difference in the other tunes is on the i3 you can change more things like throttle response, cooling fan temp and actually turn MDS OFF. If you are just doing a filter and exhaust I wouldn’t spend the $400 on the customized tunes but it’s...
In my opinion hemifever does more of the same tune for everyone while jay personalizes it more. The can tunes are pretty good. Depends on what you are looking for but unless you have a lot of add ons outside of a CAI and exhaust I think the can tunes will be all you need. There is for sure a...
I did the i3 with the spare pcm. Just returned it to get the T2. For the little extra money I think the upgrade is worth it. Last I looked it was less that a $100 difference. Also look at Jay Green for tunes.
I have a 3." lift with 35x12.5 on stock wheels. The rub I had was on the UCAs. I used a .25" spacer and that took away my rub. It would be the same on a level.
