linkswell (http://www.linkswellinc.com) is close to releasing a fully compatible Uconnect replacement. When I talked to them yesterday they told me they are within a couple of months. So there is hope for a replacement of these abysmal infotainment systems FCA is putting in their vehicles
$750 for the install. Thats not a bad price. $150 an hour is below the dealer shop average in Sacramento.
I would probably go with having the dealer do it if I got a total cost of $1795 if I had to do it again.
895 lift
125-150 alignment
that leaves 650 for the install labor.
Actually less than...
Short answer-Yes
Long answer- Depends on if you use it as a truck. If you only drive it on paved surfaces you should be fine but if you take it off the pavement I would recommend not putting 35 on anything less than a 5" or 6" lift. Thats why I just stuck with 33" tires. I use my 4 wheel drive.
35's will fit without rub unless the suspension is in articulation. An example would be full left turn backing into the driveway and when the left rear tire climbs the curb the right front will rub. I wouldn't even want to see what would happen off road in a hard turn.
I posted the measurements on the other thread where you asked for them. just to save you from looking that up again here you go. The new design part number 82215289AF is the one I purchased. If you have an AB I cant help you. They now use the bolts that hold the class 4 hitch to the frame.
The new part number ends AF so if he was looking for the AB number it won't show up. 82215289AF Ordered mine yesterday from the dealer and picked it up this morning. the redesigned bracket only takes about 15 minutes to install it.
I ordered it yesterday from my local dealer and just received my newly redesigned (PN 82215289AF) bed step today and it took all of 15 minutes to install it. The new design does not use a flag bolt, so there is no fishing in the dark and even comes with holes for reattaching the wiring harness...
Skol; Just clean them up, take them back and tell them you just got around to putting them in and you noticed they were for a quad cab and you would like to exchange them for the right ones. They should have check the PN against your vin, the dealer I use checks everything against the VIN. The...
Correct that these are for the quad. Mine look exactly like that and blend perfectly with the notches under the back seat. If you ordered them for a crew cab and they sent the quad cab mats then they should swap them out as it is their fault, not yours.
I agree but even when the cruise is set at 65 on flat level ground I have never seen the light come on. I just checked my settings and fuel saver mode in display is on so I guess I will never see it.
