They hang down slightly. They still work great but after 2 years the paint has pealed off. I just touch it up every once in awhile until I can change them out. I have a new set that I’m going swap out after I decide if I want to paint the new ones with a durable paint and clear first.

I wired the positive wires from the lights to the trailer side harness blue wire. And ground to a bumper bolt.

Tinted the fogs yellow with vvivid golden yellow headlight tint. Happy with the results. I did replace the halogen bulbs with LEDs previously

I haven’t had that issue. Make sure you have a good ground. I ground my lights to a bumper bolt, and prepped the area well for a proper ground.
