That’s not an absolute whe using a wired connection. It’s part of the protocol but is not mandated. It IS an absolute when connected Wirelessly to CarPlay

I’ve had muliple iPhone modles running a wide variety of IOS versions.no issues with any map program with CarPlay. The thing is, it could be a CarPlay issue or the phone software. If you happen to have access to another vehicle with CarPlay, that‘s the best way to see if it’s the phone or not.

I have 22K miles on mine and love it. For me,it IS a good a mix of mileage and torque. I had a gen 2 as well.

I've been looking at the 2400RB as well. We were thinking bunkhouse for grandkids. But the reality is, we'll travel alone as well so when the grandkids are with us, "Grampsy" would sleep on the dinette or a cot. I really like the bathroom set up, it actually has room to change your clothes!
