What did you do to your Ram today???

I actually ran these into the cab and have a switch mounted inside. I wanted these to be used only when I chose. I also mounted a couple lights in the bumper flares that are additional backup lights. These come on only when I put the Truck in reverse. These are wired to the rear of the trailer...

What did you do to your Ram today???

Here are a few pics. They are not the best, but couldn't really lay under the truck in my scrubs during lunch.

What did you do to your Ram today???

Those look prety slick. Wish I had seen them before doing mine. I like the 6" length of mine, but those are only about half the height and would be conceiled better. P.S. - Pictures of the mounts under my truck should be coming in the next hour or so.

What did you do to your Ram today???

I'm sure I could get some this afternoon when I go to lunch.

What did you do to your Ram today???

I used these with pod lights and they work great. They just hook onto the hitch tube without interfering with towing or camping in anyway.

Ram 1500 2022 Laramie Reverse Lights

This is the one I used. Fits and works perfectly. I have had them on the truck more than a year now. Just attaches to the hitch tube.

Unable to align passenger front tire ?

I don't recall what my stock height was. However, I did a 3" spacer and upgraded to 35's. The height is now @ 40.5" on the drivers side and 41" on the passenger side. Assume roughly 3.5" of lift between the spacers and tires, and the stock heights would have been ~37"-37.5". I also have a...

Unable to align passenger front tire ?

Did you also get new UCA's installed. I had the same problem after lifting (though with top hat spacers) and the alignment could not be completed properly with the stock UCA's. After installing new UCA's meant for the lift, with better angles, the alignment was completed without issue

    AAWireless Review

That's odd. Mine is plugged into the USB-C port and works great ('21 w/UC4).

    35" PSI

My door sticker is for 36psi with the stock 18" wheels and tires. I upgraded to 20" wheels and E rated tires and found that running between 38-40psi seems to be best for daily driving. When I am loaded up and/or towing, I will inflate them to ~65psi.

    Navigation Unreliable

I have never been a fan of the RAM nav and have used the google maps from my phone (through Android Auto) since almost day 1 with the truck. Sounds like it may be time to get a new phone if Android Auto no longer works on yours.

My truck has been a nightmare! I don't think I can get myself to buy another Ram product again.

That's funny stuff right there!! Ford's "have zero issues". :ROFLMAO: My brothers 2022 F-250 with less than 9,000 miles, has already had an axle AND the tranny replaced. Even he says it is a very uncomfortable truck to sit in for long, and he has only ever been the in the drivers seat. The back...

    Recall: Tailgates coming open

I had mine open just once. Unfortunately, I lost ~$2000 of ammo and another $1000 worth of Christmas gifts because of it. I immediately got AlfaOBD and activated the tailgate ajar warning to ensure it never happens again. I reported the lost ammo to the police, but it was never found. They said...

    Looking for a new shotgun

I know this is an older thread, but I just ordered an IWI Tavor TS12. It is a semi-auto, 15+1 (2 3/4" shells) shotgun. It is pricy compared to most other shotguns, but I am super excited to have it!

    Terrible MPG - 2022 RAM 1500 4WD Crew Cab Short Box 5.7

Something seems very wrong with this. I have a '21 Laramie 4x4 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 gears and 35" tires. I get ~16mpg, mostly city, and I have a pretty heavy foot, especially from a stop. When I am towing my TT, I average 6-7mpg. If that is your unloaded mpg, something is wrong.

how much should i sell my Laramie wheels for?

I had my Laramie Wheels and tires listed for months and had NO luck selling them. Eventually got them sold for $400 for the entire set. Wheels, tires, TPMS sensors, and lugs! Hopefully you have better luck than I did.

    Wheels and Tires (Budget)

I was just browsing Discount tire and to do the Yokohama's in 275/70r18 with Pro Comp 33 18" 0 offset wheels would be $2373 with mounting and certificates (warranty). A little over your $2000 price tag, but depending on the wheels you get, you may be able to get below the $2000 mark. I went with...

    Wheels and Tires (Budget)

I ended up moving to a 20" wheel on mine due to the difficulty making aftermarket 18" wheels fit. I agree that you should be able to get a combo that works for <$2000, depending on tire selection and size. I chose to go with Yokohama Geolandar G015 tires because they are a less aggressive A/T...

Ram 1500 2022 Laramie Reverse Lights

There are a TON of ways you can add reverse lights. I actually have 2 sets. The first uses light bars attached to the hitch tube. These are attached to a switch in the cab, so I can control whether they are on or off anytime. The others are mounted in the bumper trim and use the curt harness...

What did you do to your Ram today???

For the price, I was willing to try it and have been quite happy. It sure beats $95 for the AJT, nice aluminum build, and does the job just as well. I also like the look without the 6 screws on the front myself.
