Another day no information. I was supposed to get a call from a CC specialist within one business day after my call on Saturday. It’s now Wednesday and it seems they don’t have my number or something, no call. I have case number and no one knows jack....
I’m still trying to understand why some trucks take 4 weeks to get while others are taking months. And no real info as to what is the delay, just stuck in “B” waiting status. Just pretty bummed and disappointed after working for Chrysler for 30. SMH.
I’m in total agreement brother!! They have escalated my “information “ to the “specialist”......WTF does that mean?? Someone a popcorn fart smarter than the last dude with exactly no information? That freakin FORD SHOULD BE IN MY DRIVEWAY!!!!
