I had my Ram in to have the rear window replaced (cracked frame) and they replaced the floor mat too. I had previously signed the waiver on the recall when they were going to cut the mat. I didn’t realize they replaced it until I was leaving and noticed my seat was adjusted all the way up.
You payload will be shown on your tire inflation sticker, just above the box that has the tire size and pressures. It doesn’t stand out but it’s there. You won’t see a max tow but you can figure it out from the payload.
Just picked mine up from getting the window replaced today. The window arrived at the dealer roughly 40 days after the claim was approved and only a few days after reaching out to Mark and RamCares (thanks for the help there guys!). Install looks good. They did remove and reinstall the rear...
Still waiting for the window to arrive at the dealer... officially a month now. I call them every week. In the meantime I have microfiber towels along the bottom of window behind the seats. They get soaked when it rains but seems to control it. Hoping to get it replaced soon.
My rear window replacement was approved, just waiting on the part. I mentioned my wet wet headliner and the third brake light concern but they said only the window leaked during their tests. I’m not sure how high the crack goes but can the window crack cause a wet headliner? Will let you know...
Just discovered a soaking wet black seat and cracks on both sides of the sliding window. 8k miles, bought in June. Seems like the recommendation here is to seal up around the third brake light after getting the window replaced or even forgoing the replacement. I wonder why that is not part of...
Has anyone tried installing the old style Mopar bed divider (part number 82211493) in a 5th gen? It looks like it mounts to the utility rails instead of a second track. I’m wondering if the rails were the same and spaced the same.
