So, where’s all the trucks with 4” lift?

I posted mine somewhere on the BDS 4" thread. Let me know if you want to see more photos.

Lift/tires and Effect of Safety Group Package

I don't have auto parking or adaptive cruise but I can say that my parking sensors and reverse detection sensors still work as intended.

    BDS 4" Released

They're the 35x12.5r20s. Pretty good looking tire.

    Mud flaps / splash guards

Thanks a lot. It looks like they fit behind the little black gaurds at the bottom so they might just work.

    Mud flaps / splash guards

Just lifted my truck and put on wider wheels. Problem is now splash and mud avoidance. Does any one have splash guards installed they could post a photo of? I don't have a ton of clearance and want to make sure they'll fit before I pull the trigger.

    Dealer overfilled oil.

If your oil pressure gauge reads okay, then you're okay too.

    Quad Cab Laramie 4" BDS

I did. Though I had a shop do the springs because I don't trust my harbor freight rig.

    Quad Cab Laramie 4" BDS

It's a true 4" lift. I only mentioned the ORP part because the BDS kit keeps the stock front springs. In the off road package the spring is what gives you the extra inch up front so the rake will be more on trucks that don't have the ORP.

    BDS 4" Released

    I wouldn't exceed a -18 on a 20x10 then.

    BDS 4" Released

The ride is pretty close to stock. I chose the fox shocks which are definitely stiffer but I don't have any strange wobbles, shaking, or bad body roll. Tires are Toyo open country at2s, hands down the best tire for the money IMO. Obviously a little louder than before but nothing even close to a MT.

Subs in a Quad Cab? Update Oct. '20

Looks good when it's finished. Hits hard with only 500 watts going to it. I don't think the large boxes that monopolize all underseat storage are necessary.

It's hard to put in photos but I can't stop smiling at my truck. Worth the work for sure.

    BDS 4" Released

I just ordered the standard 4" kit with the new knuckle but same CA. I don't think it's required given the smaller articulation range. A tiny bit of rubbing at full lock but trimming was pretty mild and honestly probably didn't even need to be done.

    Quad Cab Laramie 4" BDS

4" BDS with fox upgrade. Truck has ORP already so know that when you figure your stance. 20x10 -25 with 35x12.5 toyos. Looks good.

    BDS 4" Released

Here's the BDS 4" with 35s on it. My truck has the ORP and the stance is pretty level. The wheels are 20x10 with a -25 offset. This is about what I'd calculated but in retrospect I might look for a -18.
